DELIVERIES
Maxum reserves the right to have promotional offers of FREE SHIPPING at various times.
If your order is eligible for FREE SHIPPING offer it will be visible on the website and will automatically apply in your online cart.
Maxum is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered.
Maxum is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issues with the shipping company.
Domestic Orders – within Australia
The price of domestic shipping is AUD $9.95 or FREE SHIPPING over $200
Express Post is available for AUD $15
All packages are shipped with Australia Post. This can take up to 3-5 business days to all major Australian cities and up to 5-7 business days to regional and rural areas.
International Orders
The price of international shipping is:
- Customers in the United Kingdom: The delivery fee is £15 or FREE Shipping over £150
- Customers in the United States: The delivery fee is USD $20 or FREE Shipping over USD $150
- Customers in the Rest of the World: The delivery fee is AUD $30 or FREE Shipping over AUD $200
U.S. Orders & Import Tariffs
From 29 August 2025, the U.S. government has introduced new tariffs on all imported orders (regardless of value). To make things easier, we wilk automatically calculates any applicable tariff at checkout and includes it as a line item on your order.

ORDERS
When dispatching from the online store, orders placed before 3pm (on a business day) will be dispatched the same day, any order received after 3pm will be dispatched the next day.
In the rare occurrence that your MAXUM purchase is damaged when you receive it, please immediately get in contact with us at info@maxum.com.au and we will review and amend the issue. In the case of a return, delivery costs will not be refunded to you, only the cost of the item purchased.
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
We want you to have a relaxing shopping experience at Maxum. So for your peace of mind, we offer internet shipment tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is dispatched. Australia Post eParcels can be can be tracked online at www.eparcel.com.au. This allows you to track your parcel in transit from dispatch from our warehouse to delivery to your door. Other couriers for international orders will come with tracking link. If for any reason you do not receive an email with your tracking number you can contact us at info@maxum.com.au and we can provide it for you.
